By placing an order with Luckeep you agree to these terms. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change without notice.

Orders

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.

Safe riding

E-bike regulations vary by province and state. You are responsible for wearing a helmet and riding within local speed and road-access rules.

Warranty

Frames and electrical components carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. Wear items such as tyres, brake pads and cables are excluded.
