Starting a return

Email contact@luckeepx1.shop with your order number. We'll reply with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.

Condition

Bikes must be returned in resalable condition with all original accessories and packaging.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned bike being received and inspected.
